1、问题原因

Chrome 浏览器内置的翻译功能需要谷歌翻译 (Google Translate) 来提供服务，自从2010年谷歌退出中国，仅保留了「谷歌地图」和「谷歌翻译」这两个公共服务，2020年关闭了「谷歌地图」，2022年「谷歌翻译」算是关闭了。

Google宣布停止在中国大陆的翻译服务，原因是使用率低，究其原因还是谷歌认为内地版的「谷歌翻译」和「谷歌地图」并不能带来收益，甚至是赔钱，索性也就关闭了。

2、解决方案

找到 Hosts 文件所在路径：

Windows 系统：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Mac 系统：/etc/hosts
Linux 系统：/etc/hosts
Android 系统：/system/etc/hosts
iOS 系统：/etc/hosts

在文件中添加一行保存即可，格式示例（自己根据需求修改前面的 IP 地址）：

142.250.4.90 translate.googleapis.com
142.250.30.90 translate.googleapis.com
142.250.99.90 translate.googleapis.com
142.250.101.90 translate.googleapis.com
142.250.105.90 translate.googleapis.com
142.250.107.90 translate.googleapis.com
172.253.112.90 translate.googleapis.com
172.253.114.90 translate.googleapis.com
172.253.116.90 translate.googleapis.com
172.253.124.90 translate.googleapis.com

保存后，记得重启浏览器才能生效，如果还不行则尝试清空 DNS 缓存后（cmd 中执行 

ipconfig /flushdns

）再重启浏览器。
